About the role

Are you a passionate technologist with deep expertise in Databricks? Do you thrive on solving complex data challenges and delivering innovative analytics solutions? EPAM is seeking a Data Analytics Consultant specializing in Databricks to join our team. This role involves collaborating with clients to define data strategies, implementing advanced data solutions, and leveraging Databricks to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and data requirements
• Design, develop, and implement data solutions using Databricks
• Engage with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and secure project funding
• Translate complex business requirements into practical ML/AI solutions
• Provide hands-on implementation and support for Databricks
• Architect and deliver end-to-end data solutions
• Lead delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Drive revenue within the client/account portfolio by identifying opportunities and influencing/selling EPAM services

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant work experience
• Extensive experience in Data & Analytics, particularly in building enterprise data and ML/AI platforms
• Proven expertise with Databricks, including hands-on implementation experience
• Strong background in solution architecture on major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements
• Demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience leading delivery teams and driving successful project outcomes
• Strong track record of developing and growing client relationships
