Job summary

Care Concern Group's Deeside Care Home is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high-quality, person-centred activities programme for residents, including those living with dementia, to promote wellbeing and social interaction.

You will plan group and one-to-one activities, align with care plans, maintain records, and work with the Home Manager to ensure a consistent, engaging programme that enhances quality of life for older adults in our luxurious setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Activities Coordinator or similar role is essential.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging activities and events.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; organised and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests and care needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure activities align with individual care plans.
• Collaborate with the Home Manager and team to deliver a consistent, engaging programme.
