Job summary

SolvTalent, on behalf of a highly established UK multi-site business, seeks a Senior Acquisitions Manager to lead a national acquisition strategy and drive growth across a substantial estate. You will manage a high-performing team and shape the future of property expansion.

The role centers on building landlord and agent partnerships, negotiating opportunities, and influencing senior leadership decisions across Planning, Construction, Legal, Finance and Operations in a hybrid North West

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering new store acquisitions at scale.
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and developing successful teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• MRICS is desirable but not essential.
