This is an exciting opportunity to drive the expansion and management of our portfolio in South London. You will be involved in the full asset lifecycle from initial site identification, negotiation, and acquisition of land and sites, leading a professional team through planning, obtaining consents, supporting construction, and ongoing asset management. You will cultivate relationships with landlords, tenants, local authorities, agents, and developers.

You will be based at our new London Property office in Battersea Power Station, working a minimum of 3‑4 days a week in the office.

What you'll do
  • Identify, negotiate, and acquire freehold and leasehold deals to build new stores.
  • Undertake site inspections, development appraisals and manage legal and planning due diligence.
  • Manage the planning application life cycle from submission to consent and discharge of conditions.
  • Lead all expansion, relocation and improvement projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, agents, landlords, tenants and developers.
  • Drive the full development and planning process from concept to completion.
  • Manage our freehold and leasehold assets.
What you'll need
