Job summary

3Search is seeking a Senior Acquisition Manager to drive multi-market acquisition strategies from planning to delivery. You will lead paid media, CRO and lifecycle activity across the UK, US and Australia, aligning with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

This individual contributor role focuses on shaping acquisition strategy, steering investments and testing across international markets. London-based with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Broad omni-channel experience across paid, onsite and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong project management with confidence owning concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior influencing skills.
• Commercially minded analytical skills that turn data into action.
• Clear communication, presentation and external agency management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition projects spanning the UK, US and Australia.
• Build roadmaps, timelines and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate paid media, CRO and lifecycle marketing activity.
• Align Product, Editorial, Brand, Analytics and agency stakeholders.
• Turn campaign performance into prioritised testing opportunities.
