Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Senior Team Member in Glasgow. You will oversee AR processes, acting as a liaison between the Global Business Service team, Digital Transformation, and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary DOE plus up to 10% bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash within a GBS environment.
• Experience with automated finance processes or RPA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve invoices and contracts; maintain debtor records.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain customer ledgers.
• Ensure financial controls and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor AR robotic processes and resolve exceptions.
• Collaborate with Digital, IT and Transformation teams on automation.
• Support testing and implementation of new RPA solutions.
