Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Team Member to join our Glasgow HQ. You will manage receivables activities, review invoices and contracts, and act as a liaison between Global Business Services, Digital Transformation and business stakeholders to drive efficiency.

This role blends finance expertise with technology, overseeing automated AR processes and RPA outputs, resolving exceptions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash within a Global Business Service environment.
• Strong understanding of collections, cash allocation, reconciliations and dispute management.
• Experience with automated finance processes or RPA solutions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve sales invoices and contracts; maintain debtor records.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure customer ledgers are accurate.
• Monitor AR robotic processes and resolve exceptions; coordinate remediation.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives and document procedures.
