Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Senior Team Member in Glasgow. You will oversee AR operations, manage automated processes and act as a liaison across GBS, Digital Transformation and business stakeholders.

The role requires experience in AR/Order-to-Cash, strong Excel and SAP knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. It is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working in Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable within GBS/OC environments.
• Strong knowledge of collections, cash allocation and customer account maintenance.
• Experience with automated finance processes or robotic process automation.

Responsibilities

• Review and approval of sales invoices and contracts; maintain debtor records.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure accurate customer ledgers.
• Oversee AR automation processes and monitor robotic outputs.
• Resolve exceptions and coordinate remediation activities.
• Collaborate with Digital, IT and Transformation teams to optimise processes.
• Support testing and implementation of new RPA solutions.
