Job summary

Morgan McKinley (South West) in Bristol is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing finance team in North Bristol. You will manage end-to-end AP, process high volumes of supplier invoices, and support month-end activities.

The ideal candidate has strong AP experience, proficiency with ERP systems and Excel, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to mentor junior colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Senior Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger role.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end AP process.
• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Able to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
