Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior Manager in the UK to lead a varied client portfolio across sectors such as agriculture, rural businesses and landed estates. You will manage statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and client relationships while mentoring junior team members.

The role offers hybrid working with some home-based days and flexible hours around core times.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification with UK post-qualification experience
• Strong UK GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
• Experience managing accounts and tax assignments
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Experience supervising junior colleagues
• Proficient with accounting software such as IRIS/Silverfin/Caseware/Sage/Xero
• Proactive and collaborative approach

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a diverse portfolio of clients (limited companies, LLPs, partnerships)
• Prepare statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and business tax returns
• Manage assignments, deadlines and client billing
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Use accounting software to deliver efficient client services and develop technical expertise
