Job summary

PKF Francis Clark in the South West is looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager in our Business Advisory team to manage client relationships, lead assignments and develop future talent.

You will oversee accounts, tax and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio, review work, coach juniors, and help grow the firm with proactive business advice.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with public practice experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and reviewing work.
• Strong technical knowledge across accounts, taxation and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships.
• Review year-end accounts, management accounts, forecasts, tax computations and VAT returns.
• Lead client assignments ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Provide proactive business and financial advice to clients.
• Coach and develop junior team members and support their development.
• Support Partners with meetings and business development activities.
