Job summary

Xeinadin Group is seeking an Accounts Senior or Semi Senior in Sittingbourne. The role involves preparing accounts, tax returns, and management accounts, with VAT returns and review work for portfolio managers.

You will represent the firm to clients, ensuring daily tasks are delivered with a focus on accuracy and progress. The position offers a hybrid working model and career opportunities across Xeinadin's network, with a supportive environment for progressing professional qualifications

Qualifications

• Prepare accounts, tax returns, management accounts and VAT returns.
• Review work for portfolio managers.
• Represent Xeinadin to clients and ensure day-to-day delivery.

Responsibilities

• Represent the firm at networking events and identify opportunities to grow our business.
• Supervising and reviewing the work and delivery of junior team members.
• Providing training to junior colleagues and pastoral support when required.
• Ensuring completion of assignments within appropriate budget and time frame.
• Build strong relationships with new and established clients.
• Planning, resourcing and structuring assignments to ensure work is performed to a high standard.
• Managing client expectations, arranging closing meetings to finalise accounts.
• Reviewing working papers completed by junior staff and finalising financial statements for review by a manager.
• Completion of daily timesheets.
