Job summary

Xeinadin is recruiting a Senior/ Semi Senior Accountant in Sittingbourne for a hybrid role. You will prepare accounts, tax returns, management accounts, and VAT returns while reviewing work for portfolio managers to ensure high-quality service for clients.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. ACCA/ACA/AAT qualifications or progress toward them are preferred, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant ACCA/ACA/AAT or qualified by experience.
• Experience in UK accountancy practices and client service.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts, tax returns, management accounts, and VAT returns.
• Review work for portfolio managers and ensure timely delivery.
• Represent the firm at events and identify opportunities to grow business.
• Supervise and review junior team members.
• Provide training and pastoral support to junior staff.
• Complete daily timesheets and manage client expectations.
