Job Description

Senior Accounts Assistant

Full-time, 37.5hrs per week, Permanent, Office based in Totnes, Pension, £30,000 (DOE).

Are you an organised and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills to join an industry leader.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Daily banking functions, including reconciling client and office bank accounts.
  2. Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  3. Assisting in the annual audit process.
  4. Preparing annual accounts for Clients.
  5. Regular reporting on financial accounts.
Qualifications
  1. AAT Level 3 or 4, Semi Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or qualified by experience.
  2. Excellent use of Microsoft Excel.
  3. A positive attitude and a desire to progress in the role.
