Job summary

Pro-Finance in Manchester is seeking an Accounts Senior to join a growing accountancy practice. You will prepare year-end statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, and client meetings to discuss financial information and business matters.

You'll preferably be ACA/ACCA finalist or fully qualified, with experience in an accountancy practice, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while managing workloads and deadlines.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA finalist or fully qualified.
• Experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong experience preparing statutory accounts and tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare year-end statutory accounts for a range of clients.
• Prepare corporation tax returns and directors' personal tax returns.
• Meet with clients to discuss financial information and business matters.
• Review junior work and provide feedback.
• Ensure accounts and tax returns are completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor trainees and junior staff and manage workloads.
