Job summary

SWTRA is seeking a Finance professional to provide accounting support to the Finance Manager and to help co-ordinate final accounts and grant claims.

You will supervise a 3-person accounting team and contribute to delivering all agency accounting functions. The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours) with hybrid working 2 days per week at The Quays, Baglan or Coryton.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing accounting support to finance managers.
• Experience supervising a small accounting team (3 staff).
• Ability to assist in preparation of final accounts and grant claims.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and accounting support to the Finance Manager for all finance-related functions, including final accounts and grant claims.
• Supervise an accounting team of 3 staff to ensure effective delivery of agency accounting functions and systems.
• Support a permanent, full-time role (37 hours) with hybrid working 2 days a week in The Quays, Baglan (Neath Port Talbot) or Coryton (Cardiff).
