This UK-based role offers flexible work arrangements—remote, in-person, or hybrid—with a London office for in-person days. You will prepare and review financial results, perform reconciliations, and provide variance analysis to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger and month-end close processes.
• CPA certification is a plus, with preference for pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review financial results, including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide financial analysis and variance insights to management.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in finance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Adapt and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations to drive progress.
