Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a proactive Fund Services Associate in the UK to help service a portfolio of Real Estate clients. You will join a collaborative team, support bookkeeping and reporting under UK GAAP or IFRS, and assist with management accounts, financial statements, and audits.

The role requires 4+ years in accounting/finance, studying ACCA/ACA or equivalent, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to manage deadlines and build client relationships.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-Level or university degree in finance or accounting.
• Studying for ACCA/ACA or equivalent is desirable.
• Minimum 4+ years in an accounting or finance role.
• Strong client relationship and initiative skills.
• Excellent communication and IT literacy with Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist bookkeeping and reporting for funds and structures.
• Help prepare management accounts and financial statements under UK GAAP or IFRS.
• Support annual audit process
• Process fund capital calls, distributions, subscriptions & redemptions
• Be a point of contact for clients and intermediaries
• Assist with KYC and due diligence files
• Process client payments on bank platforms
• Support fund regulatory & compliance processes
• Help monitor finance and compliance KPIs
• Contribute to ad hoc projects
