Qualifications

• Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant (newly qualified or up to three years PQE).
• Experience in a practice environment, especially with accounts preparation.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards (FRS 102 and FRS 105).
• Confident user of accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory accounts for various entities.
• Produce management accounts with commentary on variances.
• Assist with corporation tax and personal tax returns.
• Review and prepare VAT returns.
• Support clients with bookkeeping and accounting queries.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysis.
