Job summary

BibliU is seeking two Senior Accountants to own core accounting processes across our multi-entity group. You will close books monthly, collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Treasury to achieve accurate accounting, and drive scalable improvements as the group grows.

You will report to the Corporate Controller in a fast-growing, distributed team with London offices and US presence, focusing on accuracy, controls, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience including month-end and quarter-end close.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions / multi-entity accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills: reconciliations, complex formulas, data analysis.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve accuracy or efficiency in accounting work.
• Strong written and verbal communication, cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Close monthly, quarterly, and annual books across group entities.
• Prepare, review, and file external financial reports as applicable.
• Own end-to-end accounting processes and projects with timely decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury on initiatives.
• Assess controls and design improvements as the business grows.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities.
• Document technical accounting positions on significant transactions.
• Analyze financial data to identify root causes and actionable insights.
