Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end preparation, finalisation and review of corporate accounts and tax returns.
• Prepare complex personal tax returns and oversee statutory filings with Companies House and HMRC.
• Provide technical tax research and client advisory with Partners and Managers.
• Supervise and mentor a 16-person team of accountants and trainees.
• Manage key client relationships and handle day-to-day accounting and advisory queries.
• Utilise CCH Accounts Production and Xero to deliver high-efficiency reporting.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant you will:

• Manage the end-to-end preparation, finalisation, and review of corporate accounts and tax returns (FRS 102 and FRS 105) for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Prepare complex personal tax returns and oversee statutory filings with Companies House and HMRC.
• Deliver technical tax research and client advisory alongside Partners and Managers, including guidance on creative sector incentives.
• Supervise, train, and review the work of a dedicated 16-person team, mentoring junior accountants and trainees.
• Oversee key client relationships, handling day-to‑day accounting queries and advisory matters for high‑growth businesses and entrepreneurs.
• Utilize leading accountancy software tools including CCH Accounts Production and Xero to deliver high-efficiency reporting.
