Job summary

Workforce Staffing has partnered with a well-established UK accountancy practice in the West Midlands to appoint a Senior Accountant. The role requires ACA or ACCA qualification and solid UK practice experience, with responsibility for statutory accounts, tax work, and client management.

You will mentor junior staff and help shape the firm's future direction. You will engage directly with clients, review work, and manage key portfolios across corporation tax, personal tax, and VAT.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Accountant, Client Manager, Accounts Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Strong UK accountancy practice experience.
• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Experience with UK statutory accounts, corporation tax, personal tax, VAT, and client management.
• Commercially minded with ability to review and support junior staff.
