Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd is exclusively representing a respected West Midlands accountancy practice seeking a fully qualified ACA or ACCA Senior Accountant. The role involves client management, statutory accounts, corporation tax, personal tax and VAT with potential for future partnership.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, comfortable dealing directly with clients and capable of mentoring junior staff, taking significant responsibility and contributing to the firm’s future direction.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA or ACCA with strong UK accountancy practice experience.
• Experience across UK statutory accounts, corporation tax, personal tax, VAT and client management.
• Ability to review and support junior team members and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and review senior client accounts.
• Manage and develop junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and tax regulations.
