Applicants may be newly qualified/part-qualified ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience, with a minimum of 5 years practice experience. Hybrid working is available and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

• Liaise with managers, partners and Tax team to resolve queries.

Senior Accountant Job Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, LLPs, charities, and groups.
• Produce and review VAT returns, bookkeeping, management accounts, and outsourced work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing feedback and maintaining high performance standards.
• Manage client assignments within budgets and deadlines, resolving review points and delivering high-quality final files.
• Liaise with managers, partners, and the Tax team to resolve queries and identify opportunities for additional client services.
• Maintain accurate time records, comply with CPD requirements, and support the smooth running of the department.

Senior Accountant Job Requirements

• Newly Qualified or Part qualified ACCA/ACA.
• Candidates qualified by experience can also be considered.

Senior Accountant Salary & Benefits

• £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience
