Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare statutory accounts under UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations across entities.
• Ensure balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support external audits and relationships with auditors.
• Assist with tax compliance, VAT, payroll and regulatory reporting.
• Review accounting treatments and advise on technical matters.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
• Support supplier payments and expense management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy.

Working closely with a high-performing finance leadership team, this role will take ownership of core financial accounting activities, statutory reporting, and month-end processes while helping to strengthen controls and build scalable finance processes. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across the organisation, partnering with operations, supply chain, people teams, and external stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
