Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a well-established, friendly accountancy firm in Altrincham. You will take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients and support their wider financial needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing accounts and financial statements, managing deadlines, advising clients, and supporting junior team members while working closely with the wider team to deliver a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Solid experience working as a Senior Accountant in practice.
• Good knowledge of UK accounting standards and regulations.
• Experience preparing and analysing financial statements.
• Confidence managing multiple clients and deadlines.
• Ability to review and support junior members of the team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks or Xero.

They’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Role

You’ll work with a varied portfolio of clients, taking ownership of their accounts and helping them with their wider financial needs.
