You will guide campaign development, client strategy, and execution across media, digital, and creative, mentoring the account team to deliver high-impact results while balancing big-picture planning with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in marketing/advertising agency
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, media & creative
• Translate client goals into actionable plans
• Mentor account team members and foster collaboration
• Lead proposal development and strategic scoping

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior relationship lead for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Develop long-term account roadmaps and growth strategies.
