Salary: £36k - £45k per annum DOE

We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on career-defining projects.

You need to be a brilliant collaborator—working alongside clients and delivery teams to push boundaries and expand their understanding of what is possible, while also delivering against marketing goals.

OST has a growing portfolio of globally recognized brands, and we want someone passionate to join us on this journey.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience by delivering projects on time, on brief, and within budget
  • Driving continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies, including managing over and under delivery on clients and projects
  • Understanding the financial aspects of each client and project, including scope management
  • Collaborating with other teams to develop effective online marketing strategies
  • Coaching and mentoring team members, sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Analyzing client reports, providing insights and narratives to ensure clients understand outcomes and results

Our hybrid working model requires staff to attend the office 3 days per week. Please mention if this is not possible in your application.
