You will build strong relationships with clients and agencies, oversee timelines and quality, provide weekly updates, and drive improvements in workflows while maintaining high standards of service and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across TJX, WPP Production and third-party partners to manage multi-stakeholder projects.
• Deliver projects from brief to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and quality.
• Provide weekly status reports and update clients and stakeholders on progress.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs; manage client expectations and communication.
• Support internal teams to maintain efficient workflows and process improvements.
• Mentor and guide other team members to ensure successful project completion.
