Job summary

WPP Production in Watford leads the TJX activation account, delivering digital media projects from brief to final delivery. You will spend time onsite with TJX in Watford two to three days per week and may work from the London office as needed.

You will manage client relations, coordinate internal teams, and ensure project timelines, budgets and quality standards are met in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Client management: immerse in the client’s brand, prepare proposals, present and deliver creative work, provide status reports and meeting notes, manage expectations and timelines.
• Project management: coordinate across TJX and WPP Production, ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, manage briefs to delivery, follow approved workflows and tools.
• Reporting and collaboration: maintain updates with stakeholders, organize meetings, mentor junior staff, provide administrative support as required.
