Job summary

WPP Production in Watford is seeking an Account Manager to join the TJX Activation team. You will work onsite with TJX teams and their in-house creatives, delivering projects from briefing to delivery while managing timelines and quality.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Digital, and Production, attending TJX offices 2–3 days per week and maintaining strong client relationships across channels like Campaign, Print, Digital, and Social.

Qualifications

• Fluent oral and written English required; other languages desirable.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and proactive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium client projects from brief to delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality output.
• Prepare client proposals and present work to stakeholders.
• Provide weekly status reports and detailed meeting notes.
