IXL Learning’s MyTutor team seeks a Senior Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with UK school administrators, ensuring customer satisfaction across the lifecycle. You will renew, expand, and engage accounts while coordinating internal resources to deliver best-in-class service.

You will collaborate with field sales to drive campaigns, track activities in Salesforce, and communicate product enhancements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in Account Management or related roles.
• Experience in education sector preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
