Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in account management or customer success in education or tech
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Aufgaben

• Manage 300-500 customer accounts in the UK
• Proactively renew expiring tutoring accounts
• Build relationships with school admins and decision-makers
• Develop product knowledge to explain benefits and usage
• Communicate product enhancements to customers
• Track activities and opportunities in Salesforce
• Coordinate territory reviews with stakeholders
• Gather feedback to improve offerings
