Job Title: Senior Account Manager (Digital)

Ready to lead digital strategy and build impactful client relationships?

We’re looking for a commercially minded, client-focused Senior Account Manager to join our growing Digital Team. In this role, you'll serve as the linchpin between our digital specialists and our clients, bringing strategic insight, clear communication, and a sharp eye for business growth.

The Role

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll translate complex campaign performance into actionable insights that align with your clients’ business objectives. You'll support the Head of Digital in shaping strategies across all key digital channels including PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, and SEO.

You’ll act as the internal marketing manager for your clients, making sure we deliver great work, and more importantly, that clients understand its value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Advise clients on the most effective use of budget across digital channels.
  • Build strong relationships by managing expectations and communicating campaign performance in a clear, compelling way.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to optimise digital campaign performance.
  • Support new business development through pitching and strategy development.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services across the agency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Paid Digital, SEO, Freelancers, and the wider agency.

  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with performance data.
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written and written.
  • A confident, people-first personality who builds rapport easily with clients.
  • Commercially savvy and deeply curious about digital performance and human behaviour.
  • Deep understanding of core digital channels, platforms, and tools.
  • Highly organised, self-sufficient, and efficient under pressure.
