Senior Account Manager (12 month FTC), London

This role is part of our Personalised Content team, creating emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised digital communications that change perceptions, shape behaviors, and shift market share for clients including eBay, Walmart, and more.

Job Purpose

As a Senior Account Manager, you will build strong client relationships while overseeing the delivery of various integrated campaigns. Responsibilities include managing client briefs, planning, reviewing, deploying creative work, and managing the agency workload collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, draft, and review client briefs
  • Ensure deadlines are met across campaigns, liaising with the Account Director on team capacity
  • Communicate with clients to clarify questions, manage expectations, and provide updates
  • Translate client feedback to designers and copywriters
  • Prioritize team workloads and escalate issues when necessary
  • Understand clients' business, strategies, and challenges to advise on suitable communication solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients through meetings and reviews
  • Maintain high standards and add value where possible
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Promote DEPT products and services to clients
  • Escalate issues impacting accounts to senior management
  • Collaborate with the team to test creatives across client channels
