Senior Account Managers at BlueConic are the driving force behind deepening relationships with our most strategic customers, connecting with key executives and stakeholders, and uncovering opportunities for account growth and expansion. Our customers—leaders in publishing, retail, hospitality, and financial services—trust BlueConic to power their most critical marketing and business initiatives.

As a Senior Account Manager for a dedicated portfolio of customers, you will take ownership of fostering long-term partnerships, ensuring customers achieve their business objectives, and aligning those successes with BlueConic’s growth goals. Your role will be to proactively identify new opportunities, multithread relationships within accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable value for both the customer and BlueConic.

In this role you will:

  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact and internal advocate for your accounts, building deep, multithreaded relationships across stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Proactively drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts by identifying whitespace, uncovering new use cases, and leveraging existing customer success stories to book new meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams to develop and execute tailored account growth strategies aligned with the Expand playbook.
  • Regularly analyze account health, pipeline, and whitespace opportunities to ensure consistent progress toward quarterly expansion goals.
  • Manage your book of business with a focus on both gross churn and expansion targets, accurately forecasting and reporting to management.
  • Deliver measurable impact to customers by uncovering their core jobs to be done and demonstrating how BlueConic’s solutions address their key business needs.

You have:

  • A proven track record of carrying a quota and achieving success in account management, particularly within enterprise B2B software, SaaS, or marketing technology.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate trust and influence at multiple levels within an organization.
  • A consultative selling approach, using data-driven insights to uncover opportunities, solve customer challenges, and create tailored solutions.
  • Experience driving pipeline growth, including generating new contacts, scheduling high-impact meetings, and navigating multi-level decision-making structures within complex accounts.
  • Expertise in customer data platforms, personalization/tag management, campaign management, or similar web-based technologies.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to deftly manage priorities, escalations, and expectations.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer success and growth objectives.
