Searcys is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their internal agency brand, The Collection.

The Senior Account Manager plays a crucial role in The Collection's success. As a key team member, you will work with clients to maximize their experience and build exemplary relationships. You will contribute to the development of The Collection, ensuring the business evolves with market trends, by working on marketing strategies and managing a team of two.

The Collection is a venue finding agency within Searcys, based in Central London. We partner with numerous venues and event spaces across London and the UK, aiming to increase bookings within our venues and develop client accounts. We also recommend venues across Europe. We pride ourselves on industry knowledge and providing personable, bespoke service that earns client trust for tailored event solutions.

Account Management
  • Develop and execute account management plans to keep clients engaged, driving sales through proactive meetings
  • Build relationships with colleagues and venue partners to leverage opportunities
  • Represent the brand at networking and client events, maintaining industry knowledge
Sales
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets
  • Upsell to maximize revenue
  • Support group pitches to attract and retain clients
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings for personalized service
  • Manage CRM opportunities accurately
Brand and Marketing
  • Assist in developing and executing the marketing plan aligned with brand personality
  • Support web content creation and venue updates
  • Contribute to digital content initiatives
  • Implement client event plans to position The Collection as an industry leader
