The Senior Account Manager plays a crucial role in The Collection's success. As a key team member, you will work with clients to maximize their experience and build exemplary relationships. You will contribute to the development of The Collection, ensuring the business evolves with market trends, by working on marketing strategies and managing a team of two.
The Collection is a venue finding agency within Searcys, based in Central London. We partner with numerous venues and event spaces across London and the UK, aiming to increase bookings within our venues and develop client accounts. We also recommend venues across Europe. We pride ourselves on industry knowledge and providing personable, bespoke service that earns client trust for tailored event solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a natural leader and forward thinker, customer-oriented, goal-driven, with good knowledge of London's events market, venues, and suppliers.
