My client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis.

They are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team in a client-facing role. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring clear communication and meticulous attention to detail throughout each project's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and interpret incoming client briefs, ensuring accuracy and effective communication across relevant departments.
  • Oversee multiple projects from estimating to dispatch phases.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to update on project progress and milestones.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Execute all tasks with high accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coach and mentor Junior Account Managers.
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to manage time, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management or CRM tools.
