  • Maintain full transparency of sales activities by accurately recording customer interactions, call planning, presentations, account actions, and follow‑up tasks within the CRM system.
  • Ensure optimal utilisation of all available resources, including marketing budgets, promotional materials, and sales tools.
  • Represent and promote the company’s products at external events such as conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.
  • Actively participate in professional development, including the company’s e‑learning courses, training sessions, seminars, and team meetings for Animal Health representatives.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on market trends, including the company’s product performance, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the territory, and propose appropriate actions when needed.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, acting at all times in accordance with the NOAH code of conduct.
  • Support pharmacovigilance activities by promptly forwarding any safety‑related information to the Regulatory Affairs Manager.
  • Complete the NCAH qualification within two years of joining the company, if not already certified.
  • Education: veterinary medicine, other natural sciences, vet nurse degree or other relevant education
  • Experience working for another animal health pharmaceutical company
