Job summary

RE:ACT Marketing Limited in London seeks a sharp, delivery-led Senior Account Manager to lead one of our fastest-moving accounts across organic, paid and influencer social. You will run day-to-day client relationships, translate briefs into actionable workstreams, and collaborate with strategy, creative and influencer teams to deliver high-impact social campaigns on time and to brief.

  • Direct experience leading always-on social delivery across FMCG or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of social content planning, production workflows, usage rights and channel nuances (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day client lead, managing relationships across brand, social, and community teams.
  • Translate client briefs and needs into clear, actionable workstreams across paid, organic and influencer social.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative and influencer teams to ensure social-first ideas are impactful and executable.
  • Present work, performance and insights with confidence and clarity in sprint meetings or formal calls.
  • Identify roadblocks early and resolve them before escalation.
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of always-on content calendars, paid social activations, community campaigns and influencer partnerships.
  • Lead content planning, timeline management, stakeholder reviews and approval workflows.
  • Ensure content is delivered accurately, on time and to spec across formats and markets.
  • Manage client feedback and amendments with care and clarity.
  • Work with producers and creatives to align on deliverables, usage rights and deadlines.
  • Support creation of performance reports and insights with analytics team.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a proactive, high-quality delivery culture

This is a role for someonewho’sbeen in the thick of it -running multiple social workstreams at once, partnering closely with creative and strategy teams, and navigating the pressures of short deadlines, complexapprovalsandhigh expectations.You’llneed to bring strong digital and content fluency, an eye for detail, and the calm, client-facing presence that earns trust at every stage.

Client Leadership & Social Strategy Execution
  • Act as the day-to-day client lead, managing relationships across brand, social, and community teams.
  • Translate client briefs and business needs into clear, actionable workstreams across paid, organic and influencer social.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative and influencer teams to ensure social-first ideas are both impactful and executable.
  • Present work, performance and insights with confidence,clarityand polish - whether in a sprint meeting or on a formal call.
  • Spot potential roadblocks,bottlenecksor issues early, and proactively solve them before they escal.
  • Keep a close eye on trends, competitoractivityand platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Project & Content Delivery
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of always-on content calendars, paid social activations, community-ledcampaignsand influencer partnerships.
  • Lead content planning, timeline management, stakeholderreviewsand approval workflows with precision.
  • Ensure contentis delivered accurately,on time and to spec - across formats,platformsand markets.
  • Manage client feedback and amends with care and clarity, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.
  • Work closely with producers and creatives to align on deliverables, usage rights, and deadlines.
  • Support the creation of performance reports and insights in collaboration with the analytics team.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
  • Mentor junior team members (Account Executives / Account Managers), helping them grow in confidence and quality.
  • Set the tone for fast, focused, high-quality account delivery - without compromising on relationships or morale.
  • Act as the connective tissue between departments - ensuring social workstreams run smoothly across creative, influencer, paid media and strategy.
  • Champion a positive, proactive, problem-solving culture within your account team.
Commercial & Operational Management
  • Manage scopes of work,timelinesand budget trackers across all social deliverables.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered within scope and timelines, flagging scope creep or resourcing challenges early.
  • Track time, reconcile budgets, and ensureaccurateforecasting.
  • Manage third-party partners or talent (influencers, creators, platform reps) with commercial rigour.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a reputation for never missing a deadline or deliverable.
  • Calm and confident under pressure - with strong instincts, greatjudgementand a clear point of view.
  • Outstanding client communication and relationship-building skills - someone who earns trust fast.
  • Confident managing scopes, timelines,approvalsand budgets without constant oversight.
  • A real pride in doing things well.
