Purpose of the Role:
The Yoti Sales team is responsible for meeting our quarterly and annual revenue targets through building and maintaining effective, engaging relationships with our clients. This role is responsible for managing commercial relationships with a portfolio of our existing clients and partners and delivering the agreed revenue plans from that portfolio.

Principal Responsibilities: (main aspects of the role)
- Manage a number of high value clients on behalf of Yoti
- Help our clients understand how Yoti’s products can help address their needs
- Translate client needs into tangible solutions to build a credible, consistent pipeline of new opportunities with that customer base
- Demonstrate the value of our products to our clients & partners and identify when to work with other members of the Yoti team to enable a successful sale
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle of all incremental upsell opportunities within your defined client/prospect base
- Occasionally deal with inbound opportunities, based on business needs
- Manage both internal and external communication related to your deal flow
- Apply the Yoti sales methodology and/or playbooks to your sales processes and feedback to the management team on learnings or areas of improvement
- Be the voice for your clients internally and provide feedback on product requirements to address short, medium and longer-term expansion opportunities
- Lead Yoti’s engagement in one or more of our core verticals and identify how Yoti can maximise commercial opportunities in those verticals including opportunities provided by upcoming regulation, advancements in technology etc.
- Lead and influence cross functional teams to address new market opportunities
- Ensuring that our CRM is constantly updated with accurate information relating to contacts, accounts and opportunities
- As a client facing team you will occasionally be expected to travel to meet with clients, prospects and partners
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 5-10 years of enterprise SaaS, digital identity or AI solutions sales experience
- A passion for new technology and applying it to real world problems
- A track record of selling deals with annual contract values of £50,000-£250,000 and exceeding quarterly sales targets of at least £500,000 in incremental recurring revenue
- Experience of helping clients understand legal and regulatory obligations
- Be an effective communicator who can quickly comprehend complex technical issues and translate them into simple solutions
- Fluency in European languages is a plus
