Job summary

Boden Group in Bristol seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead a high-risk, business-critical engineering contract. You will exercise technical authority across M&E and life-safety systems, and own contract performance, compliance and commercial delivery.

The role requires five+ years FM experience in critical environments, strong leadership, and budget/cash-flow accountability, with ILM/CMI Level 5 desirable.

Qualifications

• At least five years' FM experience within critical or process manufacturing environments.
• Proven contract management and senior technical leadership experience.
• Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Process or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, engineering risk and critical infrastructure.
• Senior-level budget management and commercial accountability experience.
• ILM or CMI Level 5 qualification; experience in semiconductor or high-risk environments advantageous.

The Role

As The Senior Technical Account Manager, You'll

• Lead technical authority across mechanical, electrical, controls and life safety systems.


• Ensure statutory, mandatory and critical PPM requirements are consistently achieved.


• Maintain resilience across HV/LV, UPS, generators, HVAC and critical infrastructure.


• Lead technical risk management, incident investigations and root cause analysis.


• Manage contract P&L, forecasting, margins, cost control and commercial performance.


• Lead client governance, supplier performance and engineering improvement initiatives.

About You
