Job summary

Arden White Limited, in partnership with a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services provider, seeks a Senior Account Manager to own key customer relationships across strategic accounts. You will drive revenue growth while coordinating with engineering, procurement, production and commercial teams to deliver value from enquiry to order.

The role requires a proven track record in EMS or PCB assembly, strong relationship building, and the ability to negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

  • Experience within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), PCB assembly, contract manufacturing or a related engineering sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and growing customer accounts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience negotiating contracts and pricing.
  • The ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Willingness to travel across the South of England to meet customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key customer accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial and operational matters.
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated across internal teams.
  • Conduct regular customer review meetings, both remotely and on-site.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts.
  • Support the wider Sales Team in developing new business opportunities.
  • Lead contract renewals, commercial negotiations and proposal development.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement and production teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
  • Monitor project and order progress, proactively resolving any issues.
  • Provide support for customer technical enquiries by working closely with internal specialists.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging customer requirements.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular account performance and sales forecasts to senior leadership.

Arden White is delighted to be partnering with a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider to recruit an experienced Senior Account Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious commercial professional to join a growing organisation that delivers world-class PCB assembly, electronic manufacturing and supply chain solutions to customers across multiple high-tech industries.

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll take ownership of key customer relationships, helping clients achieve their objectives while identifying opportunities to expand existing business. Working closely with engineering, procurement, production and commercial teams, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sustainable revenue growth.

The Role

You'll become the trusted commercial lead for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, developing long-term partnerships while ensuring projects are delivered successfully from enquiry through to completion.

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, customer focused and confident managing complex customer relationships within a technical manufacturing environment.

You'll ideally have
  • Experience within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), PCB assembly, contract manufacturing or a related engineering sector.
  • A proven track record of developing and growing customer accounts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
