Job summary

Pivotal London Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Account Executive / Account Manager to manage day-to-day client accounts, support media planning and buying delivery, and mentor junior team members. The role combines hands-on campaign planning with high-quality client servicing.

You will respond to briefs, set up campaigns across channels (including Meta), report performance, and identify opportunities to grow accounts while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

3–4 years’ experience in media planning and / or buying
Experience setting up Meta campaigns is important for this role
Experience handling client relationships directly
Experience in campaign setup, delivery and reporting
Comfortable managing accounts with limited supervision

Responsibilities

Respond to client briefs and translate them into clear media plans and recommendations
Set up, manage and report on campaigns, including digital platforms (e.g. Meta)
Support media planning and buying across multiple channels
Develop strong working relationships with clients
Support junior team members where required and ensure deadlines are met
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve campaign performance
