Job Details
  • Title: Senior Account Executive
  • Location: Remote in the UK (applications only from UK, Scotland, and Wales)
  • Type: Full-time, 12-month rolling contract
Responsibilities

As part of our team, your role is vital in revolutionising hotel operations and enhancing guest experiences. Key Tasks
  • Follow up on demonstration requests and marketing-qualified leads
  • Manage the full sales cycle from cold calling to closing deals
  • Identify decision-makers and uncover business issues
  • Schedule and track demonstrations
  • Ensure smooth handoff to Implementation team after closing
  • Maintain CRM data integrity
  • Contribute local market insights to inbound marketing activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
  • Potentially prospect in person locally and travel as needed
  • Attend hospitality events
Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years in sales, ideally within hospitality or tech sectors
  • Deep knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotels

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
