Job title: Senior Account Executive

Location: Only considering applications based in UK, Scotland and Wales

Language: English

Work-type: Remote in the UK

Terms: Full-time (12 month rolling contract)

As part of our dynamic team, your role is essential in revolutionising hotel operations and elevating guest experiences. Together, we create the future of hospitality—one solution, one hotel, and one guest experience at a time.

Day in the life of the (Job Title)

  • Follow up on demonstration requests (& other marketing-qualified leads)
  • Full sales cycle management (from cold calling to closing deals)
  • Identify prospect decision-makers, uncover critical business issues, stimulate interest
  • Schedule demonstrations while making and tracking activities
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to Implementations upon closing
  • Ensure (CRM) data integrity
  • Enrich our Inbound marketing activities with your local market/cultural insights
  • Stay current on industry issues/trends and competitive offerings
  • May be required to prospect in-person locally and/or travel
  • Attend hospitality events
Requirements

Key skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations

Beneficial skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
