This role will focus on generating new business within the SaaS (Software as a Service) sector. As a mid-level member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients within the SaaS software market. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
  2. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique business challenges and goals of prospective clients. Offer tailored solutions and demonstrate how Aptean's software products can address their needs and drive value.
  3. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact to deal closure. Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  4. Negotiation and Closing: Present proposals and negotiate terms to secure new contracts. Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
  5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or software industry.
