What will I be doing?

As our Senior Account Executive - Enterprise, you’ll be part of our dynamic global Revenue team, reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales. You will develop, drive, and execute account plans to generate revenue and ensure year-on-year growth within your portfolio, aligned with GWI’s product expansion strategies.

What do I need to bring?

You should demonstrate the core skills required for this role. While you don’t need to tick all boxes immediately, a willingness to learn is essential. Our team will be looking for:

  • Experience in SaaS or subscription/licensing sales, especially closing deals in large, complex corporate accounts
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking and sales skills to align technology solutions with complex business problems involving multiple stakeholders
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • An attitude aligned with our values: thinking big to make an impact, asking why to find better solutions, and showing respect to everyone at all levels
Interview steps
  1. Preliminary video call with the Talent Team
  2. First video interview with hiring managers
  3. Second (and final) video interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a values conversation with the wider GWI community
