Role Overview:

• Seeking Senior Account Executives in key locations to manage regional clients.
• Role involves client management, retention, and strategic business development in industries like engineering, manufacturing, technology, construction, real estate, energy, renewables, creatives, life sciences, private equity, leisure, and retail.
• Focus on clients and prospects, supported by administrative, claims, and broking teams.
• Home-based with regular office visits; target clients with fees or commissions of £5,000-£10,000 or more.
• Targeted growth of 10% in book size, with bonuses on an upward trajectory.
• Business development team provides leads and prospects.

• Consistent double-digit growth.

Rewards:

• Base salary: £60,000-£80,000, negotiable for exceptional candidates.
