Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with large and mid-tier accounting partners in The North West of England.
  • Prioritize and segment your territory to manage new and existing partners effectively.
  • Create strategic plans to build a pipeline to meet quarterly goals.
  • Develop opportunities via calls, emails, visits, and campaigns.
  • Partner with teams to land new partners and grow our customer base.
  • Build relationships using consultative selling and collaboration.
  • Lead digital and cloud strategy development for partners.
  • Engage partners through events and meetings.
  • Stay updated on Xero features and build thought leadership.
  • Maintain activity records in Salesforce.
Success Metrics
  • Achieving targets and maintaining high activity levels.
  • Tracking KPIs like meetings, calls, and events.
  • Converting partners to Xero solutions.
  • Articulating Xero’s value effectively.
  • Collaborating with technical teams for workflow solutions.
